The Lincoln Building

The Lincoln Building occupies an entire block of Maine Street in Brunswick. Since 1896 it has been filled with a diversified range of office, food and retail tenants (18 as of today) which includes pizzeria Portland Pie Company and Japanese restaurant Aki. The Lincoln Building was built in 1896 with brick and masonry construction. Currently, the 14,439 SF ground floor is occupied by retail and restaurant tenants with the 11,305 SF upper floor leased out as offices. The upper level also has a large luxury apartment occupied by the seller. Additionally, the approximately 14,000 SF basement is almost completely finished with a portion occupied by a bar/lounge operated by Aki, a retail space for Nest and other parts used as storage space. The property has beautifully maintained 12-14 foot tin ceilings, hardwood and carpeted floors and a mixture of drywall and plaster walls.
